Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By participating in this contest you accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) and any decision by SteelSeries is final in all matters relating to this contest.

This contest is run by SteelSeries ApS, company registration no. 25923170, Havneholmen 8, 1., 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark (“SteelSeries”). You are as a professional esports player responsible for only participating in this competition/contest provided participation is not limited or restricted under legislation applicable to your participation.

Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these T&Cs. Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs.

The competition commences on the official launch date of 1st of June 2022 and will remain open at the full discretion of SteelSeries until December 31st 2022 unless otherwise closed sooner. (“Promotional Period”).

Entry requirements: The contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or above. The entrant must be 18 years or above at the time of winning any applicable tournament. This contest is not open to employees of SteelSeries and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family) or any affiliated companies or any immediate relatives of such employees.

Eligibilty is open globally with the exception of residents of Russia, Belarus, Crimea North Korea, the territories of Donezk & Luhansk and any countries sanctioned by the US or the United Nations. SteelSeries reserve the right to eliminate any participants acting in breach of the eligibility rules. Proof of identity, residence and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

To enter, entrants must be a professional esports player during the Promotional Period, win an eligible offline (LAN) S-Tier/Tier 1 tournament, and provide adequate proof it was achieved whilst using a eligible and valid SteelSeries mouse. The entrant must then fully complete and submit the online entry form at (www.steelseries.com/prime-bounty). The entry must include First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Team Name, Tournament Name, Tournament Date, Email, Social Media Channels (Twitter, Instagram), Phone & a minimum of 1 link to publicly available footage (Twitch/YouTube etc) that can be used to verify the claim.

Prizes are awarded “as is”, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash or similar. SteelSeries reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who SteelSeries has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at SteelSeries's discretion. Failure by SteelSeries to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Any entries that SteelSeries consider (in our absolute discretion) to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal racist, copied, offensive, cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Multiple valid entries are permitted. SteelSeries is not responsible for payment or refund of any taxes or duties, including VAT and income tax, which may be imposed upon the winners. All such taxes and duties must be paid by the winners.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, SteelSeries reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

If for any reason a winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by SteelSeries, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable.

In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or disaster which affects the contest, then SteelSeries reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize.

Winner’s consent to SteelSeries limited use of their name, nickname, public domain images and videos on social media without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition. You consent to in case you are a winner to take part in and co-operate with reasonable publicity requests made by SteelSeries in areas where no conflict of interest exists without any fee being payable. All winners and prizes will be announced on SteelSeries social media and on www.steelseries.com.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of SteelSeries, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, SteelSeries reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website if applicable is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under law. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, SteelSeries (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, SteelSeries (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under SteelSeries’ control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by SteelSeries) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of SteelSeries; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of SteelSeries; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of the prize.

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as required by SteelSeries and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these T&C’s and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

All entries will be the property of SteelSeries. The information entrants provide will be used by SteelSeries for the purpose of conducting this competition/contest. SteelSeries may collect entrants’ personal information (including through its contractors or agents) and disclose to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the temporary storage of their personal information. By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving SMS/text messages, email messages or phone calls from the SteelSeries.

By entering the competition/content, each entrant grants SteelSeries a world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty free and sub-licensable right and license to use reproduce, modify, adapt, publish or display (in whole or in part) any owned intellectual property contained in the content of their entry, without royalty, payment or other compensation. You agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and warrants that you have full authority to grant such rights.

Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with SteelSeries will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted in to future marketing from SteelSeries. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by SteelSeries to administer the promotion and winners consent to give their name and county for the winners’ list
