Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all SteelSeries QCK and Dex pads will fit. The QCK Prism lighting base will fit some QCK and Dex pads. The QCK Prism base along with the pads themselves have 1-5mm of size tolerance between them.

Which SteelSeries products work with Prism Sync?

Prism Sync is a brand-new feature that supports cross device lighting between all SteelSeries Prism enabled gear. Additional information about Prism Sync and a comprehensive list of all supported products can be found here.

How do I customize the lighting on the QcK Prism?

The first step once you have plugged in the QCK Prism is to download the SteelSeries Engine Software. The software can be found here.
