The release date of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is June 26th, midnight. That is overnight from the 25th of June onto the 26th.

No matter what your location is, most likely it's your console that will check the local date to be midnight and unlock the game for you (even if you preloaded it).

Death Stranding 2 Early Access

The early access for Death Stranding 2 launches on June 23rd, so those who acquired it have already been able to play since midnight that day.

At the moment, there is no word about the PC port. Death Stranding eventually came to PC, a year after release. The sequel is a PlayStation exclusive for a time.
