STEELSERIES #MyRig CREATOR CHALLENGE OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The SteelSeries #MyRig Creator Challenge (the “Promotion”) consists of four (4) weekly cycles (each, a “Weekly Cycle”). In each Weekly Cycle, Sponsor will award three (3) prizes:

1. Weekly Judges’ Pick (skill-based; selected by Sponsor’s judges);

2. Weekly Community Choice (skill-based; determined by community voting on Discord from shortlisted entries); and

3. Weekly Lucky Draw (chance-based; selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Cycle).

Important: The weekly “Top 10” shortlist is used only to determine the Community Choice winner. Judges’ Pick and Lucky Draw are determined separately as described in Section 7.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand (collectively, the “Eligible Territories”), who are at least the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions as of the date of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of GN Hearing Care Corporation (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. SPONSOR

The sponsor of the Promotion is: GN Hearing Care Corporation d/b/a SteelSeries, Havneholmen 8, 1st floor, DK-2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark (“Sponsor”).

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on April 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on May 13, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s server time is the official timekeeper.

The Promotion Period is divided into four (4) Weekly Cycles as follows:

· Week 1: April 15, 2026 – April 21, 2026

· Week 2: April 22, 2026 – April 28, 2026

· Week 3: April 29, 2026 – May 5, 2026

· Week 4: May 6, 2026 – May 12, 2026

Sponsor may announce a specific Discord voting window for each Weekly Cycle.

5. HOW TO ENTER

5.1 Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may submit one (1) original photo of their gaming setup featuring SteelSeries gear clearly visible (the “Rig Photo”) via the official Promotion landing page: https://steelseries.com/campaigns/creator-challenge

All entries must comply with these Official Rules and any technical or content requirements stated on the landing page. Incomplete entries or entries submitted with false information may be disqualified.

5.2 Weekly Cycle Participation

Each eligible Rig Photo submitted during a given Weekly Cycle will:

· be eligible for that week’s Judges’ Pick;

· be eligible for shortlisting (Top 10) for that week’s Community Choice voting (if selected); and

· count as one (1) entry in that week’s Lucky Draw, subject to the Entry Limits in Section 5.4.

5.3 Discord Voting (Community Choice)

For each Weekly Cycle, Sponsor will select ten (10) eligible entries (the “Shortlisted Entries”) and post them in the “Creator Challenge” channel on the official SteelSeries Discord server (https://discord.gg/steelseries) for community voting during a voting window specified by Sponsor.

Voting mechanism: The Community Choice winner will be determined by the highest number of valid emoji reactions on the Shortlisted Entries as measured by Sponsor’s systems at the end of the voting window.

Sponsor reserves the right to remove reactions or disqualify votes/entries if suspicious activity is detected, in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. Sponsor’s determination of reaction totals is final.

5.4 Entry Limits

Limit one (1) photo submission per person per Weekly Cycle, for a maximum of four (4) submissions per person during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts used.

Duplicate or near-duplicate photos, or re-uploads of substantially the same content, may be disqualified or treated as a single entry in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

6.3 Weekly Lucky Draw Prizes (4 total)

6.4 Total Prize Pool ARV

Total cumulative ARV of all prizes: USD $2,636.91.

6.5 General Prize Conditions

All ARVs are stated in United States Dollars (USD) or equivalent local currency as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred. No cash or other substitution shall be permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable for any reason.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, provincial, territorial, and/or local taxes, customs duties, and import fees, shall be the sole responsibility of each winner.

Shipping availability: Prizes will be shipped only to winners located in the Eligible Territories listed in Section 2.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

7.1 Weekly Judges’ Pick (Skill-Based)

For each Weekly Cycle, eligible entries received during that Weekly Cycle will be reviewed by a panel selected by Sponsor. The panel will evaluate entries using the following weighted criteria:

· Creativity / Originality — 20%

· Overall Setup Aesthetic / Story — 20%

· Photo Quality / Clarity — 20%

· SteelSeries Product Visibility / Integration — 40%

Based on these criteria, the panel will select one (1) Judges’ Pick winner per Weekly Cycle, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. The Judges’ Pick is skill-based; chance plays no role in determining the Judges’ Pick winner.

7.2 Weekly Community Choice (Skill-Based)

For each Weekly Cycle, Sponsor will select ten (10) entries (the “Shortlisted Entries”) from eligible entries received during that Weekly Cycle. Shortlisted Entries will be posted for community voting in the “Creator Challenge” channel on the official SteelSeries Discord server (https://discord.gg/steelseries) during a voting window specified by Sponsor.

For each Weekly Cycle, the Shortlisted Entry receiving the highest number of valid emoji reactions (as measured by Sponsor’s systems at the end of the voting window) will be deemed the Community Choice winner for that week, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

Tie-breaker: In the event of a tie, Sponsor’s judging panel will select the winner from among the tied entries using the criteria in Section 7.1 in its reasonable discretion. The Community Choice is skill-based; chance plays no role in determining the Community Choice winner.

7.3 Weekly Lucky Draw (Chance-Based)

For each Weekly Cycle, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Weekly Cycle to select one (1) potential Lucky Draw winner for that week.

The odds of winning the Lucky Draw depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Cycle.

7.4 Notification / Response

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided in the landing page submission and/or via direct message on Discord (if applicable) within twenty (20) days after the end of the applicable Weekly Cycle or the Promotion Period.

Potential winners may be required to complete and return a Prize Claim Form and, where lawful, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) business days of notification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, non-completion of required documents, or returned/undeliverable notification may result in disqualification and selection of up to three (3) alternates per prize, in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion.

Prizes are expected to ship within four (4) to six (6) weeks after winner confirmation, subject to availability and any applicable customs or shipping constraints.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1 Publicity (Winners Only)

Where permitted by law, winners consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, Discord handle (if applicable), prize information, and city/country for winner announcements and publicity, in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation.

This publicity consent does not grant Sponsor any right to use any winner’s photo/content beyond the Content License in Section 8.2.

8.2 Required Content License (Condition of Entry)

By submitting a Rig Photo, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and display the submitted content (in whole or in part), in any media now known or later developed, for advertising, trade, promotional, and publicity purposes related to the Promotion and Sponsor’s products/services.

Entrant represents and warrants that they own or control all rights in the content (including any third-party materials) and that all identifiable persons have given consent; minors require parent/guardian consent. Entrant agrees that Sponsor may exercise the foregoing rights without further notice, review, or approval, and releases Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability related thereto. Nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein, and entrant waives any right to inspect or approve any such use.

8.3 Platform Disclaimers

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord or any other third-party platform.

8.4 Taxes, Duties, and Shipping

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees. Sponsor may require completion of tax forms prior to prize issuance; international shipping restrictions may apply.

8.5 Conduct; Suspension; Disqualification

Sponsor’s decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Promotion, including interpretation of these Official Rules, acceptance or rejection of purported entries, determination of the winners, and awarding of the prizes. All participants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules

may result in disqualification from this Promotion. Participants further agree not to damage or cause interruption of the Promotion Site, the Discord server, or any related services, and not to prevent others from participating in the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict or void entries or participation from any IP address, account, or other identifiable source if any suspicious entry and/or participation is detected and to disqualify any entrant whose suspicious participation benefitted. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries of any entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion. Sponsor’s failure to or decision not to enforce any provision in these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event there is an alleged or actual ambiguity, discrepancy, or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials and/or these Official Rules (including any alleged discrepancy or inconsistency within these Official Rules), it will be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. If Sponsor determines, at any time and in its sole discretion, that a winner or potential winner is disqualified, ineligible, in violation of these Official Rules, or engaging in behavior that Sponsor deems obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner or potential winner, even if the disqualified winner or potential winner may have been notified or displayed or announced anywhere. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and award the prizes from eligible entries received prior to cancellation, modification, or suspension or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. If any person supplies false information, obtains entries by automated or other fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain any prize, the Sponsor may disqualify that person and seek damages from him or her and that person may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be declared to be the primary registered account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria, otherwise the entry may be disqualified and any potential prize won forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. A registered account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the applicable domain Winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, in its sole discretion, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Caution: Any attempt to damage any online service or website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contests may violate criminal and civil laws. If such an attempt is made, the Sponsor may disqualify any participant making such an attempt and may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. GOVERNING LAW; CLASS ACTION WAIVER; VENUE

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Official Rules and your participation in the Promotion are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Sponsor agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, USA, and you and Sponsor consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Sponsor agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or these Official Rules will be resolved on an individual basis, without resort to any form of class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state of residence, including any rights relating to mandatory local jurisdiction or dispute resolution forums where such rights cannot be waived by agreement.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy for SteelSeries | SteelSeries. By participating in the Promotion, you agree that Sponsor may process your personal data in accordance with that policy and these Rules. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord or any video platform where Creator Challenge content is hosted. All trademarks and copyrights associated with third-party platforms and content are the property of their respective owners.

11. WINNERS LIST

An anonymized list of winners may be obtained by sending an email with the subject line “SteelSeries MyRig Creator Challenge Promotion” to [email protected] within thirty (30) days after the Promotion end date. California winners may opt out of having their name and city included in the winners list by emailing [email protected] within ten (10) days of winner notification
