1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY 1.1 No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win a prize in this Sweepstakes. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. 1.2 The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. 2. ELIGIBILITY 2.1 The SteelSeries “GG100PlayBack” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand who are at least the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions as of the date of entry. 2.2 Employees, officers, and directors of GN Hearing Care Corporation (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. 2.3 The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. 3. SPONSOR The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is: GN Hearing Care Corporation DBA SteelSeries 8001 Bloomington Freeway Bloomington, MN 55420 USA 4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD 4.1 The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on December 16, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on December 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 4.2 Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. 5. HOW TO ENTER 5.1 During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two required components to participate and receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes: (A) Review of all GG100 videos on the landing page; and (B) Participation and comment in Discord. (A) Review of GG100 Videos on Landing Page 5.2 During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the GG100PlayBack campaign landing page (the “Campaign Page”), where colleagues share their stories about GG and feature videos about GG100. Review all of the videos available on the Campaign Page. (B) Participation and Comment in Discord 5.3 Join or be a member of the official SteelSeries Discord server. 5.4 Navigate to the #GG100Playback channel. 5.5 Post at least one (1) comment in the #GG100Playback channel during the Sweepstakes Period that: (a) states which video on the Campaign Page you liked the most; and (b) describes what you would like to see in the next GG release (including features, improvements, or ideas). 5.6 A comment that satisfies Section 5.5, after reviewing the videos as described in Section 5.2, constitutes one (1) “Entry” into the Sweepstakes. 5.7 Limit one (1) Entry per person and per Discord account for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. 6. ENTRY LIMITS & VERIFICATION 6.1 Limit one (1) Entry per person and per Discord account during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Discord account. 6.2 Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Discord accounts, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. 6.3 Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all winners and to require proof that entries were made in accordance with these Official Rules, including but not limited to requesting screenshots or logs of comments from the #GG100Playback channel. 6.4 All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 7. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) 7.1 A total of five (5) winners will be selected. 7.2 The prize pool consists of the following items (specific allocation of items to the five winners will be determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion): One (1) SteelSeries Apex Pro Mini keyboard (ARV: USD $219.99) One (1) SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 Wireless Gen 2 headset (ARV: USD $199.99) One (1) SteelSeries Arctis GameBuds™ (ARV: USD $199.99) One (1) SteelSeries Alias microphone (ARV: USD $199.99) One (1) SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless mouse (ARV: USD $119.99) 7.3 The total cumulative manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of all physical prizes is USD $939.93. 7.4 In addition, one (1) of the five winners (selected by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion) will be invited to attend an online meeting with SteelSeries representatives to brainstorm and discuss ideas for future SteelSeries products or GG features (the “Brainstorm Session”). 7.5 Participation in the Brainstorm Session is optional and subject to reasonable scheduling, technical, and confidentiality requirements as determined by Sponsor. No additional compensation will be provided for participation in the Brainstorm Session, and it has no cash value. 7.6 All ARVs are stated in United States Dollars (USD) or equivalent local currency as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion. 7.7 No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred. 7.8 Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, provincial, territorial, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of each winner. 7.9 Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable for any reason. 8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION 8.1 A random drawing will be conducted on or around January 18, 2026 (or such other date as reasonably determined by Sponsor) from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 8.2 The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 8.3 Potential winners will be notified via direct message on Discord and/or via email (if an email address is associated with the entrant’s participation) within seven (7) business days following the winner selection. 8.4 Potential winners will be required to respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Affidavit/Release”). 8.5 If a potential winner: (a) cannot be contacted; (b) fails to respond within the required time period; (c) fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period (if applicable); (d) has a prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable; or (e) is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, then that potential winner shall forfeit the prize. 8.6 In the event that a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits the prize for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. 8.7 Users may reach out to Sponsor within thirty (30) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period to obtain information about who won the campaign. Any such request should be submitted via the contact method specified by Sponsor on the Campaign Page or via Sponsor’s standard customer support/contact channels, with a reference to “GG100PlayBack Sweepstakes.” 9. ODDS OF WINNING The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 10. GENERAL CONDITIONS 10.1 Where permitted by applicable law and without prejudice to any non waivable rights, by accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, and designees (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use the winner’s name, Discord handle/username, country/region, and prize information, as well as any statements voluntarily provided by the winner about the Sweepstakes or the prize, for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law. 10.2 Nothing in these Official Rules requires any entrant to consent to publicity as a condition of entry where such consent is prohibited or requires separate agreement under local law. To the extent required by local law, Sponsor will obtain any additional, specific consent that may be needed for publicity uses. 10.3 Sponsor’s decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, interpretation of these Official Rules, acceptance or rejection of purported entries, determination of the winners, and awarding of the prizes. 10.4 All participants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. 10.5 Participants agree not to damage or cause interruption of the Campaign Page, the Discord server, or any related websites and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict or void entries or participation from any IP address, Discord account, or other identifiable source if any suspicious entry and/or participation is detected and to disqualify any entrant whose suspicious participation benefitted. 10.6 Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive, unsportsmanlike, or harmful manner. 10.7 Sponsor also reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, and to award the prizes from among all eligible, non suspect entries received prior to such action or in any other manner that Sponsor reasonably determines to be fair and consistent with the spirit of the Sweepstakes. 10.8 Sponsor’s failure to, or decision not to, enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. 10.9 In the event there is an alleged or actual ambiguity, discrepancy, or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes related materials and/or these Official Rules (including any alleged discrepancy or inconsistency within these Official Rules), it will be resolved by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion, and entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. 10.10 If Sponsor determines, at any time and in its reasonable discretion, that a winner or potential winner is disqualified, ineligible, in violation of these Official Rules, or engaging in behavior that Sponsor deems obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner or potential winner, even if such person has been notified or publicly announced as a winner. 10.11 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 10.12 If any person supplies false information, obtains entries by automated or other fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain any prize, Sponsor may disqualify that person and seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. 10.13 In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the primary registered account holder of the Discord account or email address provided at the time of entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria. Otherwise, the entry may be disqualified and any potential prize forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion. 10.14 A “registered account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a Discord account or an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning such accounts or email addresses for the applicable domain. Winners may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. 10.15 If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, in its reasonable discretion, the entry will be deemed ineligible. 10.16 CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT MAKING SUCH AN ATTEMPT AND MAY SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 11. GOVERNING LAW; CLASS ACTION WAIVER; VENUE 11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Official Rules and your participation in the Sweepstakes are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Sponsor agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, USA, and you and Sponsor consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. 11.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Sponsor agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be resolved on an individual basis, without resort to any form of class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action. 11.4 Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any non waivable rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state of residence, including any rights relating to mandatory local jurisdiction or dispute resolution forums where such rights cannot be waived by agreement. 12. PRIVACY AND DISCLAIMER 12.1 Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at “Privacy Policy for SteelSeries | SteelSeries” (or its successor URL). By participating, you agree that Sponsor may process your personal data in accordance with that policy and these Official Rules. 12.2 This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord or any video platform where GG100 content is hosted.
