Arc Raiders Expedition Explained
Ok, so what does all this mean? The Expedition is basically a voluntary progress reset. It will mean arrival to new lands and adventures in Arc Raiders. However, it's not a complete wipe, and also you will start with some advantages.
You will unlock the following:
The Patchwork Raider outfit
Scrappy Janitor Cap
Expeditions Indicator icon
Skill points (depending on Stash value)
+12 Stash space
You will also gain some temporary buffs, though it's not specified how long they will last:
10% repair buff
5% xp boost
6% more materials from Scrappy
These buffs can also stack for the next three Expeditions. The account buffs however will expire if you choose not to depart with the subsequent Expedition.
Also note that one million Coins will be an extra skill point at the start! You can get multiple that way.
You can also keep looting during this Expedition Window, as the Stash and Coins will be counted until December 22nd.

Should I do the Expedition in Arc Raiders?
All in all, yes, you should. Most of the veteran and current players will do it and play on new content. As they will reset, it will even out the playing field and enable for fresh playthroughs.
If you want to just stay on the same content, you don't have to do the Expedition, but the assumption is that only a very small part of the playerbase will do that.
