RULES AND GUIDELINES
Overview:
The SteelSeries Product Review Sweepstakes is a promotional campaign designed to encourage verified customers to leave product reviews on the Official SteelSeries Amazon Store. The promotion is structured as a sweepstakes and complies with applicable legal frameworks governing chance-based prize promotions.
Eligibility:
The SteelSeries Amazon Webshop Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, who are at least the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of GN Hearing Care Corporation (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and individuals living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on [Date of this week] and ends at 11:59 PM CT on December 5, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to Enter:
To enter, you must first leave a review for the product specified in your email on the SteelSeries Official Amazon shop. After submitting your review, you must then fill out the Typeform that is linked in the email. Each customer is limited to a single (1) entry. Any attempts to submit multiple entries will not increase the odds of winning and may result in disqualification.
Prize Details:
One (1) winner will receive a credit of up to $500 MSRP to select any available in-stock items from the SteelSeries webshop. The winner may choose to get one high-value item or multiple items, as long as the total MSRP does not exceed $500. The prize will be shipped to the winner at no additional cost.
Winner Selection and Notification:
A random drawing will be conducted on or around December 12, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during review submission. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of the date the notification email was sent to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time, ineligibility, or declining the prize will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (up to three alternate drawings). Prizes will be delivered within 4–6 weeks of confirmation.
General Conditions:
By entering the Sweepstakes (except where prohibited by law), each entrant grants the Sweepstakes Entities the irrevocable, sublicensable, absolute right and permission to use, publish, post, or display their name, likeness, voice, prize information, biographical information, quotes, and other personal attributes for promotional purposes without further compensation. All decisions of the Sponsor are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be void. If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address used at time of entry.
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT / GOVERNING LAW / CLASS-ACTION WAIVER / DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. Class or collective actions are not permitted. Arbitration will be conducted in English, and hearings will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, unless otherwise required or mutually agreed upon. Sponsor agrees to cover administrative and arbitrator’s fees but not legal or travel costs.
Privacy:
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
