Google Play Points Exclusive Headsets: Warranty & Replacement

Your headset is covered by the standard SteelSeries limited warranty. Due to the limited availability of this Google Play Points exclusive colorway, we cannot guarantee that a warranty replacement headset will be available in the same color combination. Where a replacement is required, SteelSeries may provide the equivalent product in a widely available standard colorway. The exclusive gold ear plates are removable. Please retain them if your headset is sent in for service or replaced, so they can be fitted to a compatible replacement headset.
