Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is upon us. I've tried the first game and bounced off, but I'm getting inspired to try again. Hideo Kojima's genius is on full display, especially with the sequel, which has received raving reviews.
You ready to deliver packages once again while falling downhill?
The release date of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is June 26th, midnight. That is overnight from the 25th of June onto the 26th.
No matter what your location is, most likely it's your console that will check the local date to be midnight and unlock the game for you (even if you preloaded it).
The early access for Death Stranding 2 launches on June 23rd, so those who acquired it have already been able to play since midnight that day.
If you have already purchased or preordered the game, you can download and install it on your PlayStation 5. Go to your Library if the game doesn't show up in the main menu.
At the moment, there is no word about the PC port. Death Stranding eventually came to PC, a year after release. The sequel is a PlayStation exclusive for a time.
