SteelSeries-Specific Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply specifically to the SteelSeries voucher code offer and to any order placed on the SteelSeries website using a valid SteelSeries voucher code issued by Samsung in connection with the promotion.

1. SteelSeries Offer

Eligible customers who receive a valid SteelSeries voucher code from Samsung may use that voucher code on the SteelSeries website to receive:

• 40% off Arctis Nova 7 Gen 2 Gaming Headsets; and 

• free KontrolFreek thumbsticks, 

subject to these SteelSeries-specific terms and conditions.

The SteelSeries offer is only available for the eligible SteelSeries products included in this campaign and cannot be applied to other SteelSeries products unless expressly stated.

 Each valid SteelSeries voucher code may be redeemed once only and applies to the purchase of one (1) unit of an eligible Arctis Nova 7 Gen 2 Gaming Headset only. Each valid SteelSeries voucher code also entitles the customer to receive one (1) free unit of the eligible KontrolFreek promotional item, subject to availability. No additional units, variants, or bundled products are included unless expressly stated.

 The SteelSeries offer, including any free promotional item, is subject to availability. If an eligible SteelSeries product or the stated free promotional item becomes unavailable, SteelSeries may, where reasonably necessary, offer a substitute item or product of equal or greater value, or withdraw that element of the offer where necessary for operational or legal reasons, in each case subject to applicable consumer law.

2. Eligibility to Redeem on the SteelSeries Website

Only customers who:

1. have made a qualifying Samsung purchase in accordance with the Samsung promotion terms, 

2. have received a valid SteelSeries voucher code from Samsung, and 

3. remain eligible under the Samsung promotion terms, 

may redeem the SteelSeries offer on the SteelSeries website.

 Receipt of a Samsung purchase confirmation does not by itself guarantee receipt of a SteelSeries voucher code. Voucher code issuance remains subject to Samsung’s eligibility rules, stock allocation, and the Samsung promotion terms. Samsung is solely responsible for determining eligibility for receipt of a SteelSeries voucher code, including any rules relating to cancellation, rejection, exchange, or return of a Samsung qualifying purchase.

3. Voucher Code Use

The SteelSeries voucher code must be entered in the promo code field during checkout on the SteelSeries website. Once the voucher code has been successfully validated, the agreed promotional discount will be applied to the eligible product. The voucher code must be applied before the order is placed. It cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases. The SteelSeries voucher code is valid only for eligible orders on the SteelSeries website. Purchase or use of the SteelSeries voucher code constitutes acceptance of:

• these SteelSeries-specific terms and conditions; and 

• SteelSeries’ applicable website terms, sale terms, delivery terms, returns policy, checkout conditions, and privacy policy, as in force at the time of purchase. 

4. Voucher Validity and Restrictions

Each SteelSeries voucher code is valid for one-time use only. The voucher code can only be used by the first person who redeems the code. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, auctioned, transferred, or redeemed in whole or in part for cash or any alternative reward, except where required by applicable law. The SteelSeries voucher code cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher, promotion, or offer, unless expressly stated by SteelSeries. The SteelSeries voucher code will expire on 13 October 2026. Any attempt to use the voucher code after the applicable redemption period will be rejected.

5. Eligible Products and Product Availability

The SteelSeries offer applies only to the eligible SteelSeries products identified in this campaign and, where applicable, on the dedicated SteelSeries campaign landing page. Available products, variants, colours, bundles, and participating markets may be limited. The SteelSeries offer is subject to product availability. If an eligible SteelSeries product becomes unavailable, SteelSeries may, where reasonably necessary, offer a substitute product of equal or greater value, cancel the relevant redemption, or otherwise amend fulfilment to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. How to Use Your SteelSeries Voucher

i. After purchasing an eligible Samsung product on Samsung.com or through the Samsung Shop App, you will receive an email from Samsung with your unique SteelSeries promotional code and redemption link, provided that you meet Samsung’s eligibility requirements and have not cancelled, rejected, exchanged, or returned the eligible Samsung product within the applicable Samsung return period.

ii. Click the redemption link in the Samsung email to visit the dedicated SteelSeries campaign landing page.

iii. On the dedicated SteelSeries campaign landing page, you can view the eligible SteelSeries products included in the campaign and learn more about the promotional offer.

iv. Select your preferred eligible SteelSeries product on the landing page and add it to your basket.

v. Proceed to your basket and continue to the secure checkout.

vi. During checkout, enter your unique SteelSeries promotional code in the promo code field.

vii. Once the code has been successfully validated, the agreed promotional discount will be applied to the eligible product.

viii. Review your final order details, including the applied discount, shipping information, taxes, duties (if any), and total order value.

ix. Complete payment and place your order through the standard SteelSeries checkout process.

7. SteelSeries Orders and Responsibility Split

All orders placed on the SteelSeries website are entered into between the customer and SteelSeries and are subject to SteelSeries’ applicable website terms and conditions, sale terms, delivery terms, returns policy, checkout conditions, and privacy policy in force at the time of purchase. SteelSeries is responsible solely for:

• the redemption of valid SteelSeries voucher codes on the SteelSeries website, and 

• the fulfilment of eligible SteelSeries orders placed in accordance with SteelSeries’ applicable terms and conditions. 

 Samsung is responsible for:

• the qualifying purchase of eligible Samsung products, 

• the Samsung sales process, 

• customer eligibility for receipt of a voucher code, 

• Samsung return handling in relation to the Samsung purchase, and 

• sending voucher code communications. 

 SteelSeries accepts no responsibility for Samsung purchases, Samsung product availability, Samsung return handling, or any failure, delay, or error by Samsung in issuing voucher codes to customers.
