PROMOTION PERIOD The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 26th February 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on 26th March 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). 4. HOW TO ENTER 4.1 Overview During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may submit gameplay clips via the Promotion landing page. Valid submissions will: • participate in the Weekly Contest for the week in which they are submitted; and • count as entries in the Grand‑Prize Sweepstakes, subject to the entry limits set forth below. All entries must comply with these Rules and any technical or content requirements stated on the landing page. 4.2 WEEKLY CONTESTS - How to Enter During the Promotion Period, upload your original source video file via the Promotion landing page form at https://steelseries.com/campaigns/creator-challenge Complete the form with your full name, valid email address, and all required declarations. By submitting via the landing page, you may choose to grant Sponsor a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content for promotion of this Promotion. These Shortlisted Clips will be posted for community voting in the official SteelSeries Discord server at: https://discord.gg/steelseries. 4.3 GRAND PRIZE Sweepstakes – How to Enter Each eligible video submitted via the Promotion landing page during the Promotion Period will also count as one (1) entry into the Grand‑Prize Sweepstakes, subject to the entry limits set forth below. 4.4 Entry Limits Limit one (1) video submission per person per week, for a maximum of four (4) submissions per person during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts used. Each valid submission: • participates in the Weekly Contest for the week in which it was submitted; and • counts as one (1) entry in the Grand‑Prize Sweepstakes. Duplicate or near‑duplicate videos, or re‑uploads of substantially the same content, may be disqualified or treated as a single entry in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. 5. Prizes are non‑transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred. No cash or other substitution shall be permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable for any reason. Any and all prize‑related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, provincial, territorial, and/or local taxes, customs duties, and import fees, shall be the sole responsibility of each winner. 6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION 6.1 Weekly Contests – Judging and Community Voting (Skill‑Based) For each week of the Promotion Period, eligible entries received during that week will first be reviewed by a panel selected by Sponsor. The panel will evaluate entries using the following weighted criteria: • Creativity / Entertainment Value – 50% • Skill / Execution – 40% • Audio / Visual Quality – 10% Based on these criteria, the panel will select ten (10) top clips per week (the “Shortlisted Clips”). Shortlisted Clips will then be posted in a designated channel on the official SteelSeries Discord server for community voting, during a voting window specified by Sponsor. For each week, the two (2) Shortlisted Clips receiving the highest number of valid emoji reactions (as measured by Sponsor’s systems at the end of the voting window) will be deemed the Weekly Contest winners for that week, subject to verification and compliance with these Rules. In the event of a tie, the Sponsor’s judging panel will select the winner(s) from among the tied entries in its reasonable discretion. The Weekly Contests are skill‑based. Chance plays no role in determining the Weekly Contest winners. 6.2 Grand‑Prize Sweepstakes – Random Drawing On or about 27 March 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select one (1) potential Grand‑Prize Sweepstakes winner. The odds of winning the Grand‑Prize Sweepstakes depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 6.3 Notification/Response. Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided in the Landing-Page submission or via direct message on Discord (if applicable) within twenty (20) days after the end of the Promotion or the relevant Weekly Contest. Potential winners may be required to complete and return a Prize Claim Form and, where lawful, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) business days of notification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, non‑completion of required documents, or returned/undeliverable notification may result in disqualification and selection of up to three (3) alternates per prize, in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. Prizes are expected to ship within four (4) to six (6) weeks after winner confirmation, subject to availability and any applicable customs or shipping constraints. 7. GENERAL CONDITIONS 7.1 Publicity (Winners Only). Where permitted by law, winners consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, Discord handle (if applicable),prize information, and city/country for winner announcements and publicity, in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation. This publicity consent does not grant Sponsor any right to use any winner’s video/content unless the winner separately granted a content license via the Landing-Page submission as below. 7.2 Content License for Landing-Page Submissions (Only). For entries submitted via the Promotion landing page, and only if the entrant affirmatively agrees in the submission form, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display the submitted content, in any media now known or later developed, for advertising, trade, promotional, and publicity purposes related to the Promotion and Sponsor’s products/services, without any limitation of time. Entrant represents and warrants that they own or control all rights in the content (including any music and third-party materials) and that all identifiable persons have given consent; minors require parent/guardian consent. Entrant agrees that Sponsor may exercise the foregoing rights without further notice, review, or approval, and releases Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability related thereto. Posting on Discord/TikTok/Instagram/YouTube and tagging Sponsor or using the Promotion hashtag does not grant Sponsor any license to use the content beyond platform-native interactions (e.g., likes/comments, shares, or reposts as permitted by platform functionality). If Sponsor wishes to use such social content off platform or beyond platform native features, Sponsor will obtain a separate written or click through license from the creator. 7.4 Platform Disclaimers. This Promotionis in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, or any other third-party platform. 7.5 Taxes, Duties, and Shipping. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees. Sponsor may require completion of tax forms prior to prize issuance; international shipping restrictions may apply. 7.6 Conduct; Suspension; Disqualification Sponsor’s decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Promotion, including interpretation of these Official Rules, acceptance or rejection of purported entries, determination of the winners, and awarding of the prizes. All participants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Promotion. Participants further agree not to damage or cause interruption of the Promotion Site, the Discord server, or any related services, and not to prevent others from participating in the Promotion. If Sponsor determines, at any time and in its sole discretion, that a winner or potential winner is disqualified, ineligible, in violation of these Official Rules, or engaging in behavior that Sponsor deems obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner or potential winner, even if the disqualified winner or potential winner may have been notified or displayed or announced anywhere. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and award the prizes from eligible entries received prior to cancellation, modification, or suspension or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. If any person supplies false information, obtains entries by automated or other fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain any prize, the Sponsor may disqualify that person and seek damages from him or her and that person may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be declared to be the primary registered account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria, otherwise the entry may be disqualified and any potential prize won forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. A registered account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the applicable domain Winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, in its sole discretion, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Caution: Any attempt to damage any online service or website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contests may violate criminal and civil laws. If such an attempt is made, the Sponsor may disqualify any participant making such an attempt and may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 8. GOVERNING LAW; CLASS ACTION WAIVER; VENUE To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Official Rules and your participation in the Sweepstakes are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Sponsor agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, USA, and you and Sponsor consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Sponsor agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be resolved on an individual basis, without resort to any form of class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state of residence, including any rights relating to mandatory local jurisdiction or dispute resolution forums where such rights cannot be waived by agreement. 9. WINNERS LIST An anonymized list of winners may be obtained by sending an email with the subject line “SteelSeries Moments Clips Challenge Promotion” to [email protected] within thirty (30) days after the Promotion end date. California winners may opt out of having their name and city included in the winners list by emailing [email protected] within ten (10) days of winner notification.
