The SteelSeries 5L combines the strength of hard plastic together with the softness of cloth. This combination was made to optimize comfort, durability, and performance. For use over extended periods of time, we’ve added a layer of polyisoprene rubber foam to give the user an even more comfortable experience. The final touch of plastic coating for the 5L makes it extremely durable and ensures that cleaning it is simple. The plastic coating also gives the user a consistent glide with the mouse, which makes the 5L usable for all types of games: RTS, RPG, and FPS.
